Our CrossFit coaches will support you during each class. Our goal is to help you feel better and move well!
60 minute CrossFit class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
PrimeFit is a 30-45 minute group class focusing on individual goals and wellbeing to improve your quality of life. PrimeFit will consist of lower intensity movements using body weight, light dumbbell, and resistant bands to increase mobility. PrimeFit will take movements found in everyday life and build your body’s capacity to maintain strength.
